If can't log-in the decoder by the default IP or your set IP, pls Insert a needle into the "RST" hole and press the reset button, the indicator light of "STA" will twinkle fast. When the indicator light of "STA" is off, reset successfully. All parameters will be initialized.
The default IP address is 192.168.0.35.
The default log in ID and password is "admin".
Most of customers can't log in the control panel of video decoder by directly enter 192.168.0.35 in browser. The reason is that the IP address of video decoder (192.168.0.35) and IP address of PC (laptop) are not in the same network segment, so you can't communicate each other. In order to log in the control web of video decoder, you need to change the IP address of PC (laptop) first.
Step 1: Connect the video decoder to router or switch by Ethernet cable.
Step 2: Connect a PC (laptop) to the same router or switch. Open the window of <Network and Sharing Center>.
Step 3: Click "Local Area Connection".
Step 4: Click "Properties"—"Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP /IPv4)", as shown the picture bellow.
Step 5: Choose "Use the following IP address", Then change the IP address of PC (laptop), and click "OK". You can set the IP address to 192.168.0.** (** is a number from 2 to 255 except for 35) and set the default gateway to 192.168.0.1.
Step 6: Log in the control panel of video encoder 192.168.0.35 the default ID and password is "admin". Now you can log in the control web of video encoder.
Step 7: After login the control web of the video encoder, you need to change the IP address of the video encoder to make it be in the wide-area network, then you can use your PC(laptop) to log in then video encoder in the wide-area network.
Step 8: Change the IP in the Network Setting page. Please refer to the IP address of your PC(laptop) before changing IP of video encoder.
Click "Details", You can see the IP address and default gateway of your PC (laptop) here. As shown the picture bellow. IP (PC/Laptop) is 192.168.1.100, Gateway is 192.168.1.1, DNS service is 192.168.1.1
So, you can set the IP as 192.168.1.168 (192.168.1.xx; xx is a number from 2 to 255 except for 100) Gateway is 192.168.1.1. DNS is 192.168.1.1 (As shown the picture bellow)
Note: Please set according to the IP address of the router on the customer's own computer.
Step 9: After finished the IP sets, press "Set up"— "Reboot" button.
Step 10: After reboot the decoder, Open the window of <Network and Sharing Center> —— "Local Technical support: support@zydz-china.com Area Connection" —— "Properties" —— '' Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)" —— "Obtain an IP address automatically" —— click "OK".
Step 11: Now you can login the control web by a new IP (192.168.1.168).
Congratulation! You can use the PC(laptop) in wide area network and log in the control panel of video decoder simultaneously. Please remember IP address of video encoder. 192.168.1.168 admin adminTechnical support: support@zydz-china.com
Q: Why I can't login the 192.168.0.35?

Q: After changed the IP, I still can't login the control web of the decoder by new IP
A: First, after all sets, you need "reboot" the encoder. Confirmed you have done. Then, check Step 11, Pls confirm your PC/Laptop have connected to the wide-area network. If you still can't log in the encoder, you can reset it, restart the setup again.
Q: All Settings are fine, but the streaming display is offline
A: Check your DNS.
